Aaron Ray Jordan, 45 of Carmi died Sunday morning June 29, 2014 at his home. Aaron had worked for 16 years as a lockmaster at the John T. Meyer Lock and Dam at Mt. Vernon, IN.
Survivors include a son, River Levi Jordan and Brooke Ann Jordan and their mother Shelly Marvel Jordan all of Herald; his parents, Donnie and Virginia Jordan of Carmi; his brother, James Douglas Jordan of Carmi, his grandmother, Lula Mae Cox of Carmi; He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Aaron Ray Jordan will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday July 2, 2014 at the Stendeback Family Funeral Home in Carmi with burial in Marshall Ferry Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, July 1at the Stendeback Family Funeral Home in Carmi.
