Paul Robert Hoskins, 89, of Carmi, Illinois, died Sunday, April 6, 2014, at Wabash Christian Retirement Center in Carmi.
Paul was a long-time businessman in Carmi, being the proprietor of Hoskins Appliances and Service for over 25 years. He was a past member of the Carmi Rotary Club and active member of First Christian Church where he served as a Deacon for many years.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Jane Hoskins of Carmi; daughters Charlyn Curtis of Carmi, Jennifer Milano of San Ramon, CA, and Debbie (Allen) Brown of St. Louis, MO; sisters Barbara Byerly of St. Louis, and Betty Mills of Hemet, CA; grandchildren Alex Brown, Richard Milano, David Milano, Nelia Curtis, and Leigh Anne Harre; great-grandchildren Max Brown, Logan Brown, and Morgan Brown.
Funeral services for Paul Robert Hoskins will be 10 am, Saturday, April 12, 2014, at First Christian Church in Carmi with burial in Walnut Grove Cemetery in Heralds Prairie Township, White County, Illinois.
Visitation will be 5-8 pm, Friday, April 11, 2014, at Cook Funeral Chapel in Carmi which is in charge of all the arrangements.
