91-year-old Fairfield resident, Edith Louise Legg died at 4:15 p.m. Monday, March 10 at her home. She was a lifelong member of the Community of Christ Church; was a 4-H leader, community volunteer and church worker.
Survivors include daughters, Betty Marshel, Kathy (Jim) Rayburn and Sue Legg, all of Fairfield; a son, Terry (Carolyn) Legg of Fairfield; sisters, Gladys Windland of Fairfield, Frances White of Cisne and Hesper Folger of New Carlyle, IN; 13 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
Services for Edith Louise Legg will be 10 a.m. Friday, March 14 at the Johnson & Vaughn Funeral Home in Fairfield with burial in Victory Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5 – 7 Thursday evening, March 13 at the Johnson & Vaughn Funeral Home in Fairfield.
Memorials may be made to Outreach International Mission or the Fairfield Public Library.
