93-year-old Albion resident, Bernadine Smith, died Friday, September 26 at Rest Haven Manor in Albion. She was a homemaker and worked alongside her husband on the family farm. She was also an expert seamstress and member of the Ebenezer United Methodist Church at Samsville, IL.
Surviving are a nephew, Kevin (Kathy) Smith of Albion; one niece, Mary (Pete) Cerda of Okmulgee, OK; seven great-nephews and nieces and ten great-great-nephews and nieces.
Graveside services for Bernadine Smith will be at 3 p.m. Monday, September 29 at Graceland Cemetery in Albion. There will be no visitation. Family and friends are asked to go directly to the cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the Ebenezer United Methodist Church, and will be accepted at the Ingram Funeral Home in Albion, which is in charge of the arrangements.
