Justin and Rachel Hooper of Evansville, IN are happy to announce the birth of their daughter, Chloe Grace, born at 3:30 am on May 25 at The Women’s Hospital in Newburgh, IN. She weighed 7 lbs. 12oz and measured 20 1/2 inches. Proud grandparents are Mike and Marsha Neal of Rockport, IN and Keith and Pam Hooper of Fairfield.
